Front Street Properties Fund I, LP

Front Street Properties Fund I, LP is a closed fund with capital commitments exceeding $18 million, with a current market capitalization of approximately $44 million. Our investment strategy focused on acquiring stabilized assets that would consistently generate appreciating portfolio returns. FSC successfully raised and invested capital from 2015-2017 to create a portfolio of over 323,000 square feet of Class-A assets across the Carolinas.

Front Street Properties Fund II, LP

Front Street Properties Fund II, LP is a closed fund with capital commitments exceeding $40 million, with a current market capitalization of approximately $100 million. As with Fund I, our investment strategy is focused on acquiring stabilized assets that will consistently generate appreciating portfolio returns. As of January 2022, FSC has successfully invested $34 million in limited partner equity, creating a portfolio of over 663,000 square feet of Class-A assets across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. The target total portfolio size will be approximately $120 million after all investor capital is deployed.
