FSC Fund II Expands Footprint To Georgia With Atlanta Purchase

Winston-Salem, NC – Front Street Capital is excited to announce the acquisition of a three-asset creative office portfolio located in the rapidly growing north Atlanta submarket of Peachtree Corners, GA. This deal represents the third transaction in Front Street Capital’s current fund, Front Street Properties Fund II, which boasts a growing portfolio size of over $90mm in assets under management. 

The newly renovated and rebranded creative office campus consists of three class-A office buildings totaling 195,000 SF. The portfolio is currently 91% leased to seven tenants, including Siemens, Parsons and the headquarters for Spencer Bristol. The properties are located immediately north of the Atlanta perimeter in Peachtree Corners, a north Atlanta submarket with high-end demographics, a new $140+mm master-planned City Center and a nationally-recognized technology hub. During the past year, Peachtree Corners has experienced transformative growth as it relates to corporate investment in the area with over 700,000 SF in relocations and expansions.

Front Street Capital did not use a buyers’ representative while the sellers were represented by CBRE Atlanta.
